Rosemary Turner Waugh - CEO
As CEO, Rosemary draws from her background in Human Resource and Operational Management within a variety of service related organisations. Over the years, she has developed a deep knowledge of the health system, both in NZ and globally. That understanding, together with her strategic management skills creates a necessary trust between the company and the client. Rosemary is a member of Digital Health Association (DHA), HINZ, and The Association for Health Documentation Integrity (US).
At the heart of our service is a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding support.
Our back office support team operates 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing reliable coverage when it's needed most. With a strong blend of technical expertise and transcription experience, they’re equipped to assist around the clock with efficiency and care.
Supporting this is our Quality Assurance team - professionals with real-world experience in hospitals and private clinics. Their insights ensure we’re always adding value and delivering a high standard of service that truly understands the demands of healthcare environments.
