Meet our Management Team

Team Leader Administrative Support

Sue started her career as a secretary, and moved into the medical field some 15 years ago. She found that her love of words, plus her early training was given a new lease of life once she “found medical transcription”. Her experience in acute care facilities in both transcription and other administrative roles provided her with great grounding to start managing an outsourcing transcription team.

Sue has a special interest in developing better audit systems. Currently she is working on a project to introduce the company’s newest audit tool to our staff and customers.

She has developed and conducted training sessions for the company run training days.

Mother of two adult daughters, Sue and her husband live near the sea. She is an enthusiastic walker with their family dog, gym and pilates participant.

Quality Control/Team Leader & Trainer

Glennis has a background in acute care transcription. She has worked for Transcriptionz for 5 years as Team Leader and Quality Assurance Manager and is our primary Trainer for all new people.

Glennis has a certificate in adult learning, which she applies to her work as well as her hobby as a tutor of dance.

“Consistent standards and information when training our “ newbies” is important. Our new recruits always have good experience as a transcriptionist but there are new ways of doing things for each of our clients, and learning a new platform can be taxing even for the more experienced people who come to work for us. I find it so satisfying when a trainee has been “released” for work without day to day supervision!”

Glennis tutors bellydance and supervises a professional dance troupe, an interest she has had for over 20 years. She has three adult children.
